Black Dashboard Angular is one of the newest customizable admin dashboard templates by Creative Tim. It was released 4 months ago and built on top of the latest versions of Angular and Bootstrap (8 and 4 respectively). This template relies on the Sass preprocessor and does not mention using jQuery.
This is a rare case of a free Angular dashboard template using a Dark theme by default while also having a Light theme. And it pays off: Black Dashboard Angular sets itself apart from most of its alternatives.
