We implemented a system for issuing and managing digital parking permits to provide a fully paperless and flexible way to manage parking, allowing users to register, update, and access permits anytime via a mobile or web app. This solution increases efficiency, reduces administrative overhead, and eliminates common issues
Fee Control
This feature allows property owners to manage parking fines by reducing, canceling, or extending payment terms, while optionally donating a portion to charity. This human-centered approach turns a typically negative experience into a positive one by promoting transparency, social impact, and community trust of the ParkIt Brand.

Intelligent Pay Parking
The parking experience with multiple payment methods, automated license plate recognition (ANPR), and contract-based whitelisting, makes parking effortless for users and efficient for operators. Designed to reduce congestion and increase occupancy, it helps cities become more vibrant by redirecting street traffic to available spaces through integrated parking apps.
Eagle Eye™
It's an automated camera-based parking system that reads license plates at entry and exit, eliminating the need for tickets or prepayment. It ensures a seamless experience for userswho simply park and pay via app, invoice, or cardnd provides operators with powerful insights and operational efficiency across sectors like hotels, hospitals, and municipalities.
Charging stations
Energy-efficient, cost-optimized infrastructure that integrates seamlessly with its parking management system. With features like smart power balancing, permission settings, 24/7 monitoring, and live statistics, it delivers a future-proof, user-friendly experience for both operators and electric vehicle drivers.
Gate & Garage Control
Gate & Garage Control uses ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) technology to automate entry and exit, giving property owners full control over access while offering a seamless experience for users. With features like mobile gate access, contract-based whitelisting, and minimal hardware requirements, it simplifies administration and enhances security without compromising convenience.
Visit registration
Feature offers a sleek, fully digital visitor parking system using on-site iPads, allowing guests to easily register their vehicle and select parking duration (1–24 hours). The solution is customizable to match your brand and operational preferences, integrates with existing systems, and eliminates the need for manual paper discs or forgotten registrations.

Tech Stack
To ensure flexibility, scalability, and high performance, we built ParkIt’s platform using a modern, cloud-native architecture:
- Microservices Architecture – For modular development, making it easy to scale features independently and onboard new users.
- React Native – Used to build cross-platform ParkIt mobile app, ensuring a consistent user experience across iOS and Android. Now available in Play Market and App Store.
- React (Web Frontend) – Responsive web interface for administrators and users.
- Java & Kotlin (Backend Services) – Powered the core business logic, integrated with external systems and 3rd party services, and handled high-throughput tasks reliably.
- PostgreSQL & GraphQL – Provided a robust, flexible data layer for managing complex parking data and enabling efficient queries.
- AWS Infrastructure – Ensured secure, scalable cloud hosting with services like S3, EC2, and RDS.
- CloudWatch & Grafana – Used for system monitoring and performance analytics, helping detect and resolve issues proactively.
