Building the Solution

Our Retool developer created a custom HR portal in four months. By working closely with the client’s HR department stakeholders and using an iterative, low-code approach, Akveo created a user-friendly, adaptable system without needing extensive business analysis, saving 100 hours on the project's budget. Requirements Gathering and Prototyping

Developed essential HR features, including: Employee Profile Management: Create, view, and edit employee profiles with critical information. Workflow Management: Set up workflows for hiring, onboarding, performance tracking, and offboarding. Regional Customization: Added region-specific adjustments for salary calculations, hiring requirements, and compliance. Reporting and Analytics: Enabled data export and analysis for HR metrics and workforce insights.

Data Integration and Synchronization

Integrated with Okta SSO, internal data sources to enable real-time synchronization of employee information and HR workflows.
