Through a membership program, sold domestically and internationally, MASA Global provides full financial coverage to its members for any emergency transportation or if death occurs away from home, because Medicare or private insurance may not cover all of your emergency medical transportation costs. MASA Global has been a leading provider of medical transportation solutions since its foundation back in 1974.
MASA Global faced a significant bottleneck: fragmented and cumbersome user experience for managing memberships. Comparing and switching benefits plans, managing group memberships and dependents, as well as adjusting billing settings often involved a visit to the office in person or a difficult phone call, especially from overseas. They realized they were missing competitive advantages and started work with their internal IT team. However, given the very limited capacity of the internal team and the considerable scope of work, progress was much slower than management expected. They needed a partner to boost development by leveraging existing components like the ngx-admin product.
Having started with assisting in integrating ngx-admin into their portal, MASA Global quickly appreciated our team's experience and requested help across the entire solution. Our strategy focused on three pillars:
