UI/UX Designer

About the Project

We are building a cloud-native ERP platform from scratch to replace an existing SAP-based solution. This is not a typical marketing website — it’s a complex operational system used daily by business-critical roles.

Role Overview

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design clear, efficient, and scalable interfaces for complex business systems, not just “beautiful screens”.

You will work at the intersection of:

• product
• engineering (frontend + backend)
• domain logic (ERP workflows)

Your goal:
👉 turn complex business processes into simple, usable interfaces

What You Will Do

Product & UX

• Design end-to-end user flows for core ERP processes (contracts, loans, inventory, payments, reporting)
• Translate business requirements into clear interaction models
• Simplify complex workflows into intuitive UI

UI & System Design

• Create:
  
  • wireframes
  • high-fidelity mockups
  • interactive prototypes
• Build and evolve a design system (components, patterns, states)
• Ensure consistency across multiple micro-frontends

Collaboration

• Work closely with:
  
  • Product Owners (requirements & priorities)
  • Engineers (technical feasibility)
  • Architects (system constraints)
• Align UX with DDD concepts and domain boundaries

Quality & Iteration

• Conduct usability testing and iterate quickly
• Ensure:
  
• accessibility
  • responsiveness
  • clarity in data-heavy interfaces

What We Expect

• Strong experience in UI/UX for complex systems (ERP, SaaS, dashboards)
• Ability to design data-heavy interfaces (tables, filters, workflows)
• Deep understanding of:
  
  • usability
  • information architecture
  • interaction design
• Experience with design systems and component-based design

• Ability to translate business logic into UX
• Comfortable working with engineers in agile teams
• Strong communication — you can explain why, not just what
• Very good knowledge of English - level min B2+
