business. The new solution will eliminate media breaks, reduce manual work and customization overhead, and provide a scalable foundation for branch expansion
- while improving data quality, reporting, and financial control.
Role Summary:
The Full-Stack Developer delivers end-to-end features across frontend and backend layers in a cloud-native microservices environment. This role combines user-facing implementation with backend service development, ensuring that applications are functional, maintainable, and aligned with UX, architectural, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop frontend and backend components for cloud-native applications.
• Build backend services in Rust or Node.js and integrate them with modern frontend applications.
• Implement user-facing features based on UX/UI requirements and technical architecture.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and architects to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and testable code across the stack.
• Ensure frontend applications integrate properly with APIs, authentication, and event-driven workflows where required.
• Contribute to design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
• Support performance optimization, accessibility, usability, and maintainability.
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in full-stack development.
• Good backend skills in Node.js.
• Strong frontend experience with modern web technologies and frameworks (React, Tanstack, Tailwind, Bootstrap).
• Good Understanding of Micro-Frontends
• Good Understanding of GraphQL
• Understanding of API design, service integration, and microservices-based systems.
• Strong commitment to coding standards, maintainability, and test automation.
• Familiarity with version control, CI/CD, and agile delivery practices.
• Good understanding of secure development practices.
