We are actively expanding into AI-driven solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence to enhance our products and services.

Akveo is a team of 100+ professionals. We have development centers in Poland and Lithuania, and representatives in the US.

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements for a scalable software solution in the parking industry.

About the Project

  • A software solution for parking.
  • The customer is from Sweden.
  • Team: 3 FE, 5 BE, 1 Mobile, 3 QA, 2 Design, 1 BA, 1 PM.
  • Methodology: Scrum.
  • Working hours: CET.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile / Scrum principles
  • Ability to clearly define requirements and produce structured, high-quality documentation
  • Experience working with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools

Nice to have:

  • Experience in a Project Manager role and participation in presales activities
  • Technical background or strong technical understanding

Responsibilities

Business Analysis (core responsibilities)

  • Gather, clarify, and structure business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Create clear and concise tasks for the development team.
  • Maintain requirements and project documentation in an accurate and up-to-date state.
  • Follow internal documentation templates and project standards.

Presale Stage (optional)

  • Handle incoming requests and conduct initial consultations with the client.
  • Analyze the client’s business context and prepare a preliminary feature list.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to prepare and present effort estimates.
  • Lead negotiations on implementation details, clarifying expectations, constraints, and priorities.
  • Recommend optimal technological solutions, including ready-made tools or custom development.

PM Functions (optional)

  • Plan and control the project’s budget, timelines, and delivery quality.
  • Manage the development team: task assignment, coordination, and progress tracking.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders: reporting, meetings, expectation management.
  • Manage risks and changes, adjusting plans when necessary.
