About the Project

• A software solution for parking.
• The customer is from Sweden.
• Team: 12 developers, 3 QAs, 2 designers, 1 BA, 1 PM.
• Methodology: Scrum.
• Working hours: CET.

Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects
• English level: B2 or higher (written and spoken)
• Strong ability to clearly and concisely document requirements in English
• Experience working with user stories and writing structured acceptance criteria
• Experience documenting requirements in Jira and Confluence
• Ability to understand complex systems end-to-end while maintaining attention to detail
• Understanding of microservices architecture, system integrations, and API interactions (data flows, service responsibilities)
• Solid understanding of modern software architecture, including client–service interaction and databases
• Understanding of UI components and ability to describe UI behavior (user flows, validation, interaction logic)
• Basic knowledge of UML and ability to use simple diagrams (flow/sequence diagrams)
• Ability to quickly learn new business domains
• Strong ownership, independence, and proactive approach to analysis

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the lead Business Analyst, quickly diving into the product logic.
• Detail requirements: describe features, user flows, and tasks based on incoming requests from the senior BA.
• Keep project documentation up to date, clear, and well-structured.
• Participate in client meetings to clarify details and business needs.
• Formulate clear and precise descriptions for the development team.
• Monitor deadlines and priorities for your tasks.
