Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a strategically minded Content Marketing Specialist / Copywriter who can create high-quality marketing content that drives traffic and converts leads into clients. In this role, you’ll combine creativity, storytelling, and SEO analytics while working with a global audience.

This position is ideal for someone who:

• Wants to lead the company’s full content strategy across website, blog, social media, and marketing campaigns.
• Is eager to shape the brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints.
• Enjoys working directly with leadership and contributing to the development of the marketing strategy.

Tools we use:

GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO, Webflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in marketing / content roles, including 3+ year in IT outsourcing companies.
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and the buyer journey in the IT industry.
• Experience with SEO copywriting (keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking).
• Familiarity with content management systems  (Webflow and similar).
• Proven experience writing long-form content (case studies, whitepapers, blog posts).
• Ability to create marketing assets - sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, presentations.
• Understanding of brand positioning, messaging hierarchy, and storytelling techniques.
• Strong research skills and ability to quickly understand technical topics (AI, SaaS, web dev, mobile dev, etc.).
• Excellent English writing and editing skills (C1 level) - clear, structured, engaging, and business-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit marketing content: blog posts, guides, landing pages, industry pages, case studies, one-pagers, and whitepapers.
• Create and maintain copy for social media, and paid ads (Google, LinkedIn).
• Collaborate with designers and webflow developer to implement new content on the website.
• Manage website updates, ensuring content is optimized for readability, conversions, and SEO.
• Conduct keyword research and content audits; create briefs for new content pieces.
• Develop and refine value propositions, tone of voice, and brand positioning.
• Participate in the creation of marketing materials and sales assets (e.g., decks, PDFs, proposals).
• Support marketing campaigns with copy ideas, storytelling, and content strategy.
• Work closely with marketing, lead gen, sales, and delivery teams to gather insights and project data.
• Analyze content performance and propose improvements.
