Manual QA Engineer

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

About the Project:

• A software solution for parking
• The customer is from Sweden
• The team: 3 FE, 5 BE, 1 Mobile, 2 QA, 2 Design, 1 BA, 1 PM, PO, CTO
• Methodology: Scrum
• Working hours: CET

Responsibilities:

• Mobile-app and web-app testing;
• Communicate with a customer and a team, advocating QA side;
• Working together with junior QA engineer in one project;
• Participate in the full testing life-cycle (requirements testing, functional testing (using exploratory method / based on test-cases), integration testing);
• Adjust test process: develop test strategy, implement testing approaches based on project and team needs;
• Measure the application quality based on test metrics;
• Checking iOS/android logs;
• Participation in Agile-based process;
• Working with IoT device to connect to the application and test functionalities.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Software testing;
• Strong knowledge of software testing processes;
• Understanding of development lifecycle;
• Experience in functional/non-functional testing: web-based and mobile;
• Understanding of mobile testing;
• Experience in writing and maintenance of test documentation (test cases, checklist, test-plan etc.);
• Experience in bug-tracking systems;
• Attention to details;
• Good communication skills, a strong sense of responsibility, attentiveness, and good learning skills;
• Proficient in spoken English (B2).
