A new page in 15 minutes
Marketing publishes a new page in 15 minutes instead of 3 hours.
Our own site, akveo.com, outgrew Webflow. We moved all 460+ pages to an AI-enabled website built on Astro. Now marketing ships changes with an AI agent instead of waiting for a developer, and publishes a new page in 15 minutes instead of 3 hours.

[ Client ]
The client is us: akveo.com, a 460+ page marketing site with a blog, case studies and service pages. We wanted marketing to change the site on its own, with an AI agent, without a Webflow designer or a developer in the loop.
[ Challenge ]
We moved to Webflow to take the developer out of the chain: marketing → design → developer → website. It worked for a while, then the site outgrew it.
[ Solution ]
We exported everything: the HTML of all 460+ pages, all CMS collections with every field, custom scripts, styles, fonts and images. The design our Webflow designer made stayed exactly as it was: no template redesign.
We mapped every collection and page to a content type and a page template, with strict rules for each field. URLs stayed the same.
All text lives in Markdown and YAML files, apart from the design. Each piece of content is stored once and reused everywhere. A new language is just translated text next to the original: the site now runs in English, German, French, Spanish and Dutch.
Astro builds every page in advance and sends visitors only the code that page needs. No React and no framework running in the browser. Google PageSpeed scores went up in every category.
Before launch, we checked every page against the live site: text, links, images, SEO tags and screenshots all matched. Since then, every change goes through a pull request. GitHub Actions checks formatting, code, content rules, links and images, builds every page, then opens the site in a real browser to test pages, forms, accessibility and the performance budget. If any check fails, the change can't go live. Railway deploys the site after the checks pass, and a weekly audit catches broken external links.
[ Results ]
The site now lives in our own code, and marketing changes it together with an AI agent through ordinary pull requests.
Marketing publishes a new page in 15 minutes instead of 3 hours.
Marketing tests a hypothesis the same day, without a developer or a CMS.
There is no CMS to build, pay for or learn. One request to the AI agent updates every page, including custom SEO changes across the whole site.
