We are looking for a skilled and experienced Middle IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and source talent for various technical roles.
You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and effective hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering to onboarding for various IT positions.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize multiple channels, including job boards, social media and LinkedIn, to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Arrange and conduct technical interviews in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Candidate Management: Maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing regular updates and feedback.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and the ideal candidate profile.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the ATS (Huntflow).
- Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1,5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of various IT roles, technologies, and programming languages.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using a variety of platforms and techniques.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Adaptability: Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs within the organization.
- English: В1 and above.
